This is what happens when I purposely get up early!

I decided to get up early today even though I'm working the afternoon shift. I did this so that I have time to get out on a walk :) Extra steps!!

Breakfast: Brownie waffle with banana, sugar free syrup and 1/2 tbsp light peanut butter warmed up Simply Filling +1sp

Dinner: low carb wrap, extra lean turkey breast, veggies, pineapple and yogurt Simply Filling

Other: fat free cream for coffee, glass of wine 5sp

Water: 8 cups

Exercise: 50 minute walk

Fit points earned: 21
Fit points balance: 77
