One of the ways I can guarantee an on plan day is to get out on a walk in the morning. So that's how I started today! Ended up walking for 55 minutes.
Well after breakfast that is :)
It was such a lovely day that Ralph and I decided to go to the park. We were going to bike but we've both had a lot of sun lately and decided to take the bus instead. Had a wonderful time taking pic's in the park and walking with the hubs. Oh and catching a few Pokemon!
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp oil, 1 slice Ezekiel bread made into French toast with raspberries and sf syrup Simply Filling 0sp
Lunch: extra lean turkey, veggies, berries, fat free Greek yogurt and Ezekiel original cereal Simply Filling 0sp
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, Caesar salad with ff dressing, croutons made from Ezekiel bread, 1 tsp light parmesan cheese 0sp, Pillers simply free smoked ham 1/2 slice Simply Filling +0sp
Other: ff cream for coffee, glass of red wine Simply Filling + 5sp

Water: 10 cups so far but I'll probably drink a couple more tonight
Exercise: 55 minute walk plus extra walking around the park
Fit points earned: 13
10 counter pushups and 10 squats: Done before my first coffee!
