Staying strong!

So far this week has been going to plan. I love weeks like that.

This morning I did some more house cleaning including cleaning out the fridge.

Went to the dentist this afternoon on my bike good way to get a 30 minute bike ride in :) I have a very small cavity that will be fixed in a couple of weeks.

Breakfast:
Mexican breakfast taco's with refried beans, salsa, eggs and cheese. Grapefruit on the side Simply Filling

Lunch: veggies ham, fruit and 0% plain Greek yogurt Simply Filling

Dinner: rainbow trout, salad, salad dressing, parmesan cheese and an apple cobbler Simply Filling + 3sp

Other: ff cream for coffee, glass of red wine 5sp
