Staying on track
Beautiful day today so I definitely got off my butt and headed out for a walk. Walked for 45 minutes!
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg white omelet, mushrooms, olive oil, clementine, slice of Ezekiel toast with 2 tsp of becel pro active margarine Simply Filling + 1sp
Lunch: home made beet chips, salsa, leftover salmon with Kraft ff whipped mayo, cucumber slices, banana and plain Greek yogurt Simply Filling
Dinner: extra lean hamburger on a bun with tomato, onion, steak sauce, coleslaw, salad with 1 Tbsp ff Italian dressing Simply filling +4sp
Other: ff cream for coffee
