I am tired tonight!

I started today by waking up early so that I could go grocery shopping. Nice to have the fridge full again.

I also went to work.  It was pretty quiet except for the last hour which was crazy :)

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, pillers smoked breakfast ham, baby spinach, ff cheese slice, olive oil, grapefruit Simply Filling

Lunch: veggies, black forest ham, leftover baked chocolate banana oatmeal, raspberries and light yogurt Simply Filling

At work: I took 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, 2 tsp becel pro activ margarine and an apple. I bought vegetable soup to go  with it Simply Filling + 3sp

Other: fat free cream for coffee, glass of red wine 5sp
