Another day at work today. Still stayed away from food at work by taking my own.
I did buy a fat free sugar free green tea latte but that was definitely planned for and within my daily points.
Breakfast: 1/2 serving of oat cornmeal pancakes with berries, 2 eggs, olive oil and tomatoes 9sp
Lunch: leftover spanish cauliflower rice, spicy Thai chili tuna, olive oil and grapefruit 3sp

At work: lean meat, veggies, yogurt, grapes, 1/2 serving of leftover chocolate banana breakfast cookies and the latte 10sp
Other: kefir, cream for coffees, 1 electrolyte popsicle 8sp

Fit points earned 10-3=7
Total fp balance: goal 60 earned 68
