Today was a very rainy day. Still managed to get my 10,000 steps in!
Went to visit Jen and Lucas and he's starting to eat real food!! Today was sweet potato, chicken with a little rosemary and carrots and he loved it :)
I also grabbed my weights and did some bicep curls, hammer curls, shoulder presses, tricep extensions and shoulder shrugs. Felt great.
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp oil, 1/2 oz light cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and grapes 4sp
Lunch: Greek yogurt, clementine, salmon salad, endive leave to scoop and beet salad 5sp
Salmon salad: 1/2 can skinless boneless pink salad, 1 Tbsp Kraft fat free whipped mayo, celery and onion and black pepper
Beet salad: 1 beet grated in my food processor, 1 Tbsp Kraft fat free whipped mayo, celery and onion and black pepper and a bit of sea salt
Dinner: Carrot and zucchini noodles, pasta sauce, 3 meatballs cut in half, 1 tsp olive oil, parmesean cheese and berry cobbler 10sp
Other: 6 oz red wine, kefir and ff cream for coffees 9sp
