A bit warmer here today but still pretty cold.
Day 5 of my January challenge to get 10,000 steps in every day. Today it was a lot easier to get them done.

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites omelet with spinach, onion, ham, olive oil and grapefruit on the side Simply Filling 0sp
Lunch: tomato, cucumber, light feta cheese, chicken, ff Italian dressing, 1 tsp olive oil and grapes Simply Filling + 1sp
Dinner: leftover corn bread topped chili bowl, cherries and yogurt Simply Filling 0sp
Other: fat free keifer, banana, clementine and a glass of wine 5sp
