Back to work!

Just a regular work day for me today. Not a bad thing at all!

Breakfast: cherry oatmeal breakfast parfait Simply Filling 0sp

Lunch: 2 eggs, olive oil and 2 clementines Simply Filling 0sp

At work: veggies, leftover trout, leftover chocolate cake, sf ff green tea latte Simply Filling 2sp

No snacks tonight!

Water: 7 cups
Weekly pts: 0 left
Fit points earned: 48+10=58 - 2= 56

Wow, good job! Were you hungry! I am trying to eat this low carb and some days I do, others I need a half a sweet potato or an english muffin

K to the S no I find this really filled me up! I do try to have one meal at least with no simple carbs.
