Back to work

Off to work today so just a quick post! Can you tell it's grocery day tomorrow :)

Breakfast: Giant chocolate banana baked cookie, light yogurt Simply Filling

Lunch: just a quick bowl of fibre one cereal and skim milk Simply Filling

At work: flat out, extra lean ham, ff cheese, veggies, orange slices avocado Simply Filling +4sp

Water: 8 cups

Exercise: just running around on my feet for 8 hours
