A couple of sick days

Although I still went to work the last couple of days I've been feeling sick. Mainly eating cereal, chicken soup and drinking water.

Finally feeling better today!

I did sleep in this morning which my body probably needed and when I woke up I just felt like my old self :)

Brunch: 1 egg, egg whites, smoked wild rainbow trout, 15g light cheese 1sp, kale, olive oil and an orange Simply Filling + 2sp

Dinner: steamed trout, brown rice and carrots/peas Simply Filling

Water: 8 cups included several cups of herbal teas
Exercise: none
