Woke up to a much colder day! We're supposed to get a snow/freezing rain storm tonight.
I'm very happy with my food choices this week. Very satisfying.

Breakfast: pumpkin butter cranberry stuffed French toast: 2 slices ezekiel bread, egg whites, 2 Tbsp home made pumpkin butter 1sp, 2 Tbsp 95% ff cream cheese 1sp, 1 tsp oil, 1 Tbsp sf syrup 1 sp =Simply Filling + 3sp

Lunch: home made chicken broth, veggies, mussels, apple = Simply Filling

Dinner: salmon, brown rice, broccoli, 1 tsp oil = Simply Filling

Other: fat free keifer, 6 oz red wine = 5sp

Water: 9 cups
