Breakfast: oatmeal, berries, 1 tsp flaxseed, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 Tbsp sf pancake syrup, ff cream for coffees = Simply Filling

Lunch: veggies, grapes, ham, bean mix, 2 Tbsp ff Italian dressing 1sp, 1 tsp oil = Simply Filling + 1sp

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs, 1 Tbsp light Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp oil = Simply Filling + 1sp

Other: fat free keifer

Water: 8 cups

Weekly smart points: 12 - 2 = 10
Fit Points: 22+12=34
Exercise: just at work on my feet for 8 hours :)

That food...wow, those steps--yes! Oh--and your pumpkin butter cranberry stuffed French toast---wowsers... It reminds me to challenge myself in the kitchen and try something different like this, soon!
