A very productive day!

Since I'm back to work tomorrow I decided to get some housecleaning done that I don't usually do.

Before that I went out on an hours walk :)

After lunch I steam cleaned the carpeted stairs, moved the oven and fridge out to clean the walls and the floor behind them. Wow all I can say is that I shouldn't have waited so long! It was a good workout.

Breakfast: 1/2c oatmeal, 10g raisins, 1 egg white, home made pumpkin ginger butter, coffee 6pp

Lunch: 1/2 can tuna, light mayo, veggies, berries, Greek yogurt 4pp

Dinner: steamed salmon, jasmine rice, broccoli sauteed in olive oil 10pp

Other: kefir, glass of red wine 6pp

Water: 8 cups
Activity pts: 9+7=16
Weekly pts 33-0=33
