Sticking to my plan!

It was a beautiful day today so I went out on a 65 minute walk this morning

I also did quite a bit of house cleaning :)

This weeks goals:
1. Track everything don't leave anything out 3 days/7
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water 3 days/7
3. Stick to my housecleaning schedule 3 days/7
4. Stay off the scale until Sunday! Yep :)

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, leftover broccoli, olive oil, plain Greek yogurt with berries 6pp

Lunch: veggies, tuna salad, caramalized onions and pomegranate 4pp

Dinner: pork schnitzel, potato, lower sodium gravy, brussels sprouts and olive oil 13pp

Other: organic cream for coffees, kefir and a glass of wine 8pp

Water: 8 cups
Weekly points: 49-5=44
Activity points: 12+7=19 so far
Exercise: 65 minute walk and lots of house cleaning
