Just a normal Saturday. Nothing crazy like last night!
Tomorrow is weigh in day and time for new goals.
This weeks goals:
1. Track everything honestly 7 days out of 7
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water 7 days out of 7
3. Stick to my house cleaning schedule 7 days out of 7
4. Stay off the scale till Sunday. I did have to get on it for a challenge but I still feel good about this week.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 oz potato, kale, bacon and grapefruit 8pp
Lunch: roasted tomato slices with light cheese and jalepeno, olive oil, avocado, beets and a banana 7pp
At work: tuna with garlic and hot peppers, veggies, plain Greek yogurt and berries 4pp
Other: Kefir, organic cream for coffees 5pp
water: 8 cups
Weekly points: 44-0=44
Activity points: 43+5=48
Exercise: just work
