Going to feel it tomorrow!

Went on a 55 minute walk this morning
Body weight workout:

  • body weight squats: 2 x 12
  • incline pushups 2 x 10
  • lunges 2 x 10
  • dumbbell rows 2 x 10
  • plank: 25 seconds
  • walking jumping jacks: 20


Breakfast: egg, sausage, kimchi, beet greens, oil, plain Greek yogurt with raspberries and coffee

Lunch: smoked herring, beets, cucumber, tomato and some cabbage cooked in  home made broth

Dinner: Turkey, potatoes, carrots, gluten free gravy and sugar free cranberry sauce

Other: 2 Tbsp kefir for probiotics, organic cream for coffee
