Another good day under my belt

I'm kind of enjoying these 1/2 shifts at work because they allow me lots of time to get out and do other things!

This morning I went on a 65 minute walk. Lovely fall day! I stopped at the fallen tree trunk again to do some incline pushups :)

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet, spinach, 1/2 oz cheese, 1/2 grapefruit, kimchi, coffee

Lunch: extra lean ham, tomato, cucumber, beets, plain greek yogurt and pomegranate

Dinner: salmon, green leaf lettuce, kale, spinach, olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Other: 2 tbsp of organic kefir, glass of red wine and 1/2 oz of raw almonds

Water: 9 cups
