Still here!

Sorry I've been absent a couple of days but I was crazy busy!!

Stuck to plan except for the C25K which I plan to do on Sunday. Friday and Saturday I'm on my feet for 8 hours running around at work and it's too much to do the running on top of that.

Met up with Jen for a coffee today. She has less than 3 weeks left until her delivery date. We're getting so excited!

Breakfast: 1 egg, cherry tomatoes, coconut oil, plain Greek yogurt with blueberries, oatmeal 6pp

Lunch: tomato slices with tuna salad on top and 1 slice of natural cheese, beets, plain Greek yogurt with berries 9pp

Dinner: salad, home made raw honey dijon dressing, leftover rainbow trout, banana 4pp

Other: xyla for sweetener, organic cream 4pp

You made me laugh I was the food porn queen lol I never bought ww food it was to expensive and to many calories for the portion size.I zone out ar tv ads. My husband calls my attention to them and I tell him I missed that ad. What calls my name is all the corner stores and all the fast food places. Going for drives with my husband, stopping at the store and buying junk, eating in the car while we continue to drive, that is the hardest habit to break. Right now I'm taking a 3 cup bottle of water with me and drinking that instead.
