I did pick up the weights and did some arm moves but that's it for exercise today besides working on my feet for 8  hours!

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, goat cheese, sauteed zucchini, olive oil and grapefruit 7pp

Lunch: Blt's with no bread and a banana 5pp

At work: veggies, wild smoked salmon, coleslaw, peach with plain Greek yogurt and cinnamon, raw almonds 9pp

Other: xyla, organic cream, the peach was so good I had another one :)  4pp
