I decided today was a day to catch up on house cleaning. Not my cup of tea but hey it still needs to be done.
I did get out and do Week 2 Day 3 of the Couch to 5K while the hubs was at the dentist. It was so hot but I stayed on the trail in the shade and took water with me.

Lunch: cucumber, goat cheese, sardines mashed up, peppers, peach, coconut cream 6pp
Dinner: hamburger just beef and nothing else in the ingredients, spaghetti squash, tomatillos and cantaloupe 8pp
Other: xyla and organic cream, pear 4pp
