A very busy day!

A quick post tonight before I hit the sack :)

First I decided that even though I was working today, which means 8 hours on my feet, I decided to to the C25K Week 4 Day 1. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Work was pretty busy tonight so lots of running around.

Breakfast: blueberry baked oatmeal with almonds 6pp

Lunch: ham, swiss and tomato on lettuce leaves, kimchi, zucchini, oil, apple, 1 tbsp natural almond butter and dark chocolate 8pp

Dinner: veggies, leftover fish and smelts, plain Greek yogurt, strawberries 6pp

Other: xyla, organic cream, organic kefir 5pp
