Well it was cloudy with a few showers today.
So I cleaned, did the laundry and caught up with computer stuff. And then I got bored. I'm not used to not being busy all the time!
I admit I went out and completed Week 2 Day 1 of the couch to 5K running app. It was good. I won't have time to do it again until Sunday so that will be my rest from it.
Tomorrow I have a lot of running around to do so I'll still get my steps in :)
Breakfast: leftover cauliflower tortilla/fritter, back bacon, egg, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and grapefruit 6pp
Lunch: smelts, steamed broccoli and butter 6pp
Dinner: roast chicken, sf cranberry sauce, salad and dressing 7pp
Other: organic cream and xyla for sweetening 4pp
