Keeping steady

Today was just another regular day neither bad nor great.

Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in and I'm very happy with this no matter what the scale says!

Breakfast: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, kale, onion, olive oil, chia pudding, peach 8pp

 Lunch: veggies, olive oil, organic natural cheese, organic sauerkraut 5pp

Dinner: chicken, veggies, dip, banana, Lindt dark chocolate 6pp
Other: organic cream, xyla for sweetener, 2 Tbsp plain kefir 4pp
