So off I went on a 50 minute walk this morning.
Just got home from that and decided to hop on the bike to go to a local grocery store that had a couple of deals I wanted to pick up.
After that I ate lunch and the hubs asked if I wanted to go on another bike ride to a local mall. Well o.k :)
Ended up being a very physically active day for this 54 year old!
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries and cranberries Simply Filling
Lunch: Stirfry cauliflower, carrot, pepper and green onion Simply Filling
Dinner: Breakfast for dinner! Simply Filling
Other: glass of wine, banana Simply Filling + 5pp
