Today Ralph and I went to play pool with some friends something I haven't done in years! Lots of fun.
We rode our bikes there and back so I managed to get 40 minutes of biking in.

Dinner: Split pea and ham soup and 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with 2 tsp becel pro active Simply Filling +1pp
Other: glass of red wine 5pp
