Got a bike ride in!

I'm very happy with today. Food was planned and tracked, did a 50 minute bike ride and the water is going down easy :)

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/3c egg whites, turkey bacon, slice of toast with 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin butter, olive oil and cream for coffees 10pp

Lunch: baked spaghetti squash, parmesan cheese and olive oil 2pp

Dinner: 2 skinless bbq'd chicken drumsticks, peas, leftover baked potato, 1 tsp butter and plums 9pp

Other: unsweetened apple sauce, wine 5pp
