House cleaning that is :)
I needed to catch up on some much needed cleaning today and it's one of those things I procrastinate doing.
I did manage to stay on plan food wise and went out on a 30 minute bike ride.

Breakfast: carrot cake oatmeal (shredded carrots, pineapple, unsweetened coconut, 17g raisins 1pp, gingerbread spice and sweetener) also made with 1 cup of skim milk, fat free cream for coffees Simply Filling + 1pp
Lunch: cabbage roll casserole, yogurt/fruit/Ezekiel cereal Simply Filling + 1pp
Dinner: Egg McSuzi, hashbrowns, olive oil, grapefruit Simply Filling
