It's chilly and windy today but I made myself get out for a walk. Didn't do much else but hey it could be worse.
I made a couple of great recipes today that I'll add to the recipe blog hopefully tomorrow.
Breakfast: egg white omelet, veggies, polenta, olive oil, fruit and fat free cream for coffees 4pp
Lunch: Naan round with 15g light cheese and 4 slices of turkey pepperoni, veggies, 2 Tbsp calorie wise thousand island dressing and a banana not shown 4pp
Dinner: cheesy potatoes, panko crusted boneless pork chop, veggies, olive oil and apple sauce 12pp
Other: glass of red wine 5pp
