This week I was down -2.0! Very happy with that indeed.
Sorry I haven't post for the last couple of days but things have been a bit crazy around here. Hey life happens sometimes.
Went out on a 55 minute walk but it was hard going with heavy winter boots on, slush, ice and mud!
Breakfast: 1/2c egg whites, bell peppers and onion, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 slice chia bread toasted, 1 tsp light marg, 15g light cheese, blueberries and 4 Tbsp fat free cream for coffees 7pp
Lunch: 1/2 bag broccoli slaw, 2 oz chicken, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp general tao sauce, yogurt and a few berries 5pp
Dinner: 1c whole wheat pasta, 1/2c pasta sauce, 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, 3 meatballs 13pp
water: 12 cups so far including coffee
