I woke up this morning and honestly my body felt tired. I guess that means I've been working out a lot and it's not such a bad thing but I decided to just take it easy this morning.
I'm doing my 5K training tomorrow so I won't be lazy for long.
Since I worked earlier in the week for someone I have today off. Sweet :)
Breakfast: egg white omelet with light cheese, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice chia bread and 1 tsp light marg, 5 Tbsp fat free cream for my coffees 6pp
Lunch: Taco salad with home made tortilla chips, guacamole and plain greek yogurt 8pp
Dinner: mini meatloaves with mashed potato and veggies and strawberries 6pp
Other: 6oz wine, banana 5pp
