That's right I decided today was going to be a good day no matter what!
Started out with a good day and a plan to make a new to me recipe for dinner.
I also had a meeting to go to and got off of the bus early to get some walking in :)
Breakfast: 1/2c egg whites omelet 1pp, 2 slices lower sodium pre-cooked bacon 1pp, 1 tsp oil 1pp, peppers, 1/2 grapefruit, 15g light cheese 1pp, 5 Tbsp fat free cream for coffees 1pp and 1 cup of skim milk 2pp Total=7pp
Lunch: veggies, 30g light cheese 2pp, cantaloupe, Starbucks grande non fat cappuccino with English toffee syrup 4pp Total=6pp
Dinner: Tuna noodle casserole 8pp, banana Total=8pp
Other: 6oz red wine 5pp
