Getting my walk on

Today I decided to give my butt a break from bike riding and go for a walk.

It's colder in the woods so the snow stays there longer and I really enjoyed the walk with the milder weather. Ended up walking for 50 minutes.

Breakfast: baked strawberry banana oatmeal 5pp, 5 Tbsp fat free cream 1pp Total=6pp

Lunch: Caesar salad 5pp, tortilla chips not shown 1pp, 1 tsp oil 1pp, yogurt and cherries 1pp Total=8pp

Dinner: grilled ham 3pp, grilled carrots and onion 1pp, baked home made fries 2pp, 2 tsp oil 2pp, sf cranberry apple sauce 0pp Total=8pp

Other: light beer, apple 4pp
