No walk today as I'm on my feet for 8 hours at work :)

Quick core workout before work:

  • two hand roll downs
  • boat pose
  • ab crunches
  • bridges
  • planks
  • chest lift/cobra

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, slice of toast with 1 tsp light marg, polenta, olive oil and 5T fat free cream for coffees 11pp

Lunch: 1 cup of milk, giant gingerbread breakfast cookie I used egg substitute to save a point7pp

At work: veggies, 0% plain Greek yogurt mixed with spices for dip, smoked cheddar cheese, extra lean ham, yogurt and an apple 7pp

Other: banana 0pp
