Back to work

Today I started out by getting groceries which were way too expensive!

I also did a short arm workout with weights :)

Now I need to get ready for work.

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with smoked cheese, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 tsp oil and 5T fat free cream for coffees Total=9pp

Lunch: romaine lettuce with leftover chicken fajita and 15g light cheese, baked berry cobbler which was really good Total=6pp

Taking to work: roasted chicken 1pp, veggies, yogurt, raspberries and a special K bar with protein Total=6pp

After work: glass of red wine 5pp
