Another day at work

Today is the last day of March break and I really hope that means it will be a bit quieter at work. I love busy but combine busy with a lot of very noisy teenagers :) At least yesterdays shift went fast!

Exercises today:
tricep kickbacks
squats
chest press
shoulder shrugs
dumbbell rows
bicep curls

Breakfast: strawberry cream cheese stuffed French toast, 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar free syrup and fat free cream for coffees 6pp

Lunch: 1/2c egg whites, 30g smoked cheddar cheese, broccoli, 2 tsp oil, banana 6pp

At work: veggies, spicy Thai chili tuna, yogurt, special k bar with protein, apple 8pp
