Got off of the bus early on my way to a meeting and did it again on the way home! Total walking time: 75 minutes.
Breakfast: Baked chocolate cherry oatmeal, fat free cream for coffees breakfast=simplyfilling
Lunch: light flat out, egg, 2 slices lower sodium pre-cooked bacon 1pp, veggies, orange lunch=simplyfilling+1pp
Dinner: fish, brown rice, cauliflower, 1 tsp oil, yogurt and fiber one cereal dinner=simplyfilling
