Day 20

Since I didn't have to work today I got my winter shoes on and walked for 50 minutes! Get it done is my motto today.

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, slice of toast with 1 tsp fruit spread 0pp, 1/2 grapefruit and 1 lilydale turkey sausage 1pp and fat free cream for coffees breakfast=simplyfilling+1pp

Lunch:Grilled cheese with light cheese an ham 2pp, cucumber, cherries and yogurt lunch=simplyfilling+2pp

Dinner: chicken, brussels sprouts, butternut squash, 2 tsp oil, chicken sauce, creamy jello 0pp dinner=simplyfilling

I found this in Zehrs today and 1/4c = 0pp No idea if it's available in the U.S
