Day 19

It's back to work today and because of my knee, which is still bothering me especially at the end of the day, I decided to break my 30 minutes of walking today into 3 sets of 10 minutes indoors. Works for me!

Breakfast: hot oat bran, made with 1 cup of skim milk, 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1pp, 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar 0pp, banana and fat free cream for coffees breakfast=simplyfilling+1pp

Lunch: spinach salad with cantaloupe, 2 tsp olive oil, shrimp and 2 Tbsp bolthouse dressing 1pp, 1 slice of bread lunch=simplyfilling+1pp

Taking to work: veggies, extra lean ham, apple, 12g almonds 2pp, yogurt and I'm treating myself to 1 old fashioned timbit 2pp dinner=simplyfilling+4pp
