Day 14

I managed to get a short walk in before the storm comes. I also wanted to see how the knee is holding up as I have to go to work tomorrow and stand on it for 8 hours! It's still not 100% but not too bad. I will make sure to sit down now and then at work.

Breakfast: Banana stuffed french toast with sugar free syrup, fat free cream for coffees simplyfilling+1pp

Lunch: spinach/kale salad with shrimp, 2 Tbsp pc memories of Thailand sauce 2pp, blueberries, and an apple simplyfilling+2pp

Dinner: whole wheat spaghetti with meatballs and sauce, 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 1pp on top simplyfilling+1pp

Other: glass of wine 5pp
