Still freezing!

Although it was still very cold out I managed to get a 65 minute walk in :)


Breakfast: made a gingerbread waffle with the giant gingerbread cookie recipe with sugar free syrup and yogurt breakfast=simplyfilling

Lunch: home made spring rolls with leftover salmon, pc blue menu peanut satay sauce 2 tbsp/1pp, 2 rice wrappers 2pp, creamy jello lunch=simplyfilling+3pp

Dinner: slow cooker beef stew with lean beef/parsnips/carrot/potato/celery, cornbread dinner=simplyfilling
