Just another work day

Just another day at work today. It seemed like a really long shift. Ugh

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, pc tuscan ham, peppers and onion, 1/2 grapefruit, hot lemon water, 1 cup of skim milk, fat free cream for coffees breakfast=simplyfilling

Lunch: 1 cup Campbell's healthy request vegetable beef with barley soup, 1 slice bread, 1 slice fat free cheese, 1 tsp butter 1pp, apple lunch=simplyfilling+1pp

Took to work: veggies, light cheese 2pp, pumpkin muffin, yogurt simplyfilling+2pp the muffin is a recipe I tried and need to tweak but I'm using up what I'd put in the freezer first

Snack: 25g low sugar craisins 2pp .75oz raw almonds 3pp snacks=5pp
