Absolute beauty!

Such and beautiful winter's day this morning that I just had to get out on a walk :)

Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites, slice of ezekiel bread, 1/2 Tbsp organic fruit spread 0pp, 1 lilydale turkey sausage 1pp, 1c skim milk, fat free creamer for coffees breakfast=simplyfilling+1pp

Lunch: flatout made into chips, 30g light cheese 2pp, veggies, 2 Tbsp fat free sour cream, apple, 2 slices pre-cooked bacon lower sodium 1pp, salsa, 1 tsp olive oil lunch=simplyfilling+3pp

Dinner: leftover hamburger helper, 1c broccoli, 1/2c brussels sprouts, lemon pepper seasoning, banana  dinner=simplyfilling
