Today Ralph and I went to visit one of his sisters which meant we were in the car for 4 hours!
So I made sure to wake up early and get my butt out on a 50 minute walk :)
Stuck to my plan for breakfast and lunch and made the best choices I could in someone else's house.
Breakfast: Sausage oatmeal pancakes 2pp, sugar free pancake syrup, fat free cream for coffees breakfast: simply filling +2pp
Lunch: 2 slices of light provolone cheese 2pp, 2 slices of light bread, tomato and onion, grapefruit and cucumber lunch: simply filling +2pp
Dinner: At my sister in laws: lean beef, turnips, carrots, potato and a tbsp of gravy
