Cold, windy and damp!

The weather today leaves a lot to be desired!
I also had a board meeting this afternoon where they serve dinner so I decided to get off of the bus early and get an extra 25 minute walk in.

Question day: What are you doing today that will make it a great Weight Watcher day?
I would have to say for me getting extra walking in :)

Breakfast: Banana chocolate chip baked French toast, glass of skim milk, ff cream Breakfast:simplyfilling +1pp

Lunch: omelet, 15g cheese, veggies, 1 tsp oil, yogurt and berries Lunch: Simplyfilling +1pp

At a board meeting: baked chicken breast, steamed veggies, salad, 1 tsp light Italian dressing, potato and fruit for dessert! No picture Simply Filling

I'm very happy with the week I had and I'm going for another good one this week.

Last weeks goal was to do weights 2x and I did that :) This weeks goal is to get at least 2 dairy servings in every day!

Now back to today!

It was raining and windy like crazy! I didn't go for a walk in the woods for fear i'd be up to my knees in mud and a big branch would come down on me. I did however walk around a store and around the block quickly.

Breakfast: Giant gingerbread cookie, glass of skim milk, ff cream for coffee breakfast simply filling

Lunch: crab stuffed cucumber and tomatoes, chicken noodle soup,wasn't hungry enough for soup, grapes, yogurt Lunch: simplyfilling

Dinner: chicken, stuffing 1pp, cranberry sauce sf, buffalo cauliflower,1 small potato and 1/8 of slow cooker pumpkin cheesecake 5pp Dinner:simply filling + 6pp

What snow?

Went on a walk this morning and the rain has washed most of it away! Never fear I'm sure we'll get more.

I also had a bit of a baking day. I made a baked stuffing which ended up being Simply Filling plus 1pp/1cup and dessert recipe that I'll have ready to post tomorrow. Oh and a new breakfast recipe.

Breakfast: scrambled egg substitute, Lou's peameal bacon, berries, polenta, 1 tsp oil and a leftover blueberry oatcake Simply Filling

Lunch: veggies, lobster flavored crab meat, grapes and I also had a light yogurt Simply Filling

Dinner: Roast chicken, sugar free cranberry sauce, roasted potato, 1 tsp oil, peas, baked stuffing SF+1pp, and low sodium gravy mix by clubhouse 0pp Dinner Simply Filling plus 1pp

Back to work again!

Yes just another day at work! Yesterday I earned  AP's :)

Breakfast: hot oat bran made with 1 cup of skim milk and 2 1/2 Tbsp light cherry pie filling 1pp Breakfast simply filling + 1pp

Lunch: Fold it with tuna salad which I added my 2 oils and grapes Lunch simply filling

At work: veggies, pc blue menu angus beef,, 2 light babybells 2pp, berries, yogurt At work simply filling + 2pp
I had a banana when I got home :)

Back to work!

First I needed to buy some groceries and then it was time to get ready for work.

Still cold and snowy!

Yes it's still bad weather here.  Since I was meeting my daughter for coffee and then going shopping I decided to get another walk in! Plus it's back to work tomorrow and I don't walk those days as I'm on my feet for 8 hours and usually earn 6 activity points anyway :)
I forgot to say I also did some weights today! Yes my goal is to do it 2x this week so 1 down 1 to go :)

Breakfast: 1 egg 2 egg whites omelet, Lou's peameal bacon, grapefruit, 15g light cheese 1pp, cornbread muffin, jam = Breakfast simply filling + 1pp

Lunch: On the run so I grabbed a quick lunch! Light yogurt, fiber 1 cereal, banana and 7g pecans 1pp Lunch: simply filling +1pp

Dinner: Out all day and when I came home I just made a quick chicken Caesar salad and some mixed fruit Dinner: simply filling + 2pp

Other: 6 oz dry red wine 5pp and a non fat no sugar cappuccino 0pp while I was out :)

Using up what I have!

Tomorrow I go to the grocery store so today I used up what's in my freezer :)

Also went on a 65 minute walk.

Breakfast: banana stuffed French toast, sugar free syrup and fat free cream for coffee. Today I added some unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener to the cream cheese. Breakfast: Simply Filling

Lunch: a mini pizza made with a pc naan round 2pp, 15g light mozzerella 1pp, veggies, pizza sauce 0pp, leftover healthy request soup and an apple Lunch: Simply Filling +3pp

Dinner: Blue Water grilled fillet, Caesar salad with fat free dressing 1pp, frozen berries Dinner: Simply Filling + 1pp

Question Day!


It's Tuesday so it's Question Day!

Today's question: What is your favorite vegetable? How do you like to cook/eat it?

I had an appointment with the dentist today. I had a small chipped tooth and an old filling that needed to be redone. Lots of fun! At least I got a good walk in on the way there and back. It was -21 Celsius with the windchill. End up getting 75 minutes of walking in.

Lunch: Egg roll in a bowl, yogurt and banana, leftover blueberry oatbake Lunch: simply filling + 1pp for the stir fry sauce

Lunch: butternut squash, 1 tsp oil, 30g light feta cheese 2pp, sundried tomatoes, 1 tbsp memories of Thailand sauce 1pp, banana Lunch: Simply Filling + 3pp

Dinner: Sometimes you go with the best choices you can. I was at a meeting during dinner time and it was a long time before I got home. I chose 1/2 a whole wheat wrap with beef which I'm just going to count as 5pp and some pineapple Dinner: Simply Filling + 5pp

Back to work

That's right I'm back to work today. Tomorrow is weigh in day so that will be interesting. Some weeks I'm positive I've lost quite a bit but this week I'm not sure.

Breakfast: I made the corn bread recipe but made 5 muffins and the rest I added a few berries and made a waffle with. Really good and simply filling. Added an egg/egg white 1 tsp oil scramble and call me happy :) Breakfast: Simply Filling

Off work today!

A friend at work needed tomorrow off so we switched shifts and for once I have a Saturday off :)
Instead of doing what the frog is doing I decided to go to the mall with Ralph to look around for a while and then walk home from the mall to get some extra steps in!

Found a great tea today! Bought in Zehrs and it tastes like apple cider especially with a cinnamon stick in it.
