I'm happy to say that I managed to click my reset button today! I stuck to my eating that I'd pre-planned, I drank my water and I walked over 10,000 steps :) Not one timbit or donut was touched by me at work.
Breakfast: egg substitute omelet, fat free cheese slice, 2 slices of toast, low sugar ketchup which is just 5 calories/tbsp 0pp, grapefruit breakfast=simplyfilling
Lunch: wasn't very hungry but didn't want to go to work hungry! fibre one cereal, yogurt, banana lunch=simplyfilling
Took to work: raw veggies, turkey breast, light cheese 2pp, grapes dinner=simply filling +2pp
